Why Replay Gear Exists

Too many kids sit out a season because a pair of cleats or a helmet costs more than a family can spare that month. Replay Gear started with a driveway full of outgrown equipment and a simple idea: gear doesn't retire when a kid outgrows it — it just needs a new player. We're a youth-led nonprofit, founded by high schoolers, running local gear drives and partnering with organizations like AIM for Seva to get support to kids who'd otherwise go without — from our own neighborhood to Manjakkuddi, Tamil Nadu.

We're not a thrift store and we're not a charity that asks families to prove they're poor enough to qualify. We're a relay — gear moves from a kid who's done with it to a kid who's just getting started, restored and safety-checked in between. No cost, no paperwork, no barrier. Just the next player, suited up.
